Ambersil Formula 12 Non-Silicone

Formula 12 Non-silicone, semi-permanent agent forms thin, thermally stable coating.

• Non-silicone, Semi-permanent agent formulated for a wide variety of synthetic rubbers and many thermoplastics, such as polypropylene and polyethylene.
• Forms a thin, inert and thermally stable coating, for multiple release application.
• Fast cure time. Moulding can commence 5-10 minutes after application
• Performance is enhanced by re-coating once a few releases have been made
• Very low mould build up
• No film transfer to moulded parts
• Operational to 250°C
