Quick, safe and easy way to cut Rubber and PVC waterline hose up to 38mm O.D.
- Provides clean cut and reduce injuries from using a knife.

- Smooth cut edge eliminates leakage caused by rough or non-square edges.
TO OPERATE: Place hose into jaw and squeeze handles and rotate through 360 degrees. Continue until 75% of hose is penetrated. Reverse direction of rotation until cut is complete. Ratchet cutter add provides multiplier force for tougher hose.
