LA500 and LM2050 work as Single Zone IMM Nozzle Leak Detectors + Control/Display/Relay Interlock Modules for ‘STANDARD’ Leak Detection Manifolds
HOT RUNNER MOULD PROTECTION
‘STANDARD’ 4, 8, 14 and 24-Zone Leak Detection Manifolds are used with either an LA500 or LM2050 Control/Display/Relay Interlock Module. These Manifolds can be ‘daisy chained’ to give up to 48 Zones.
‘STAND-ALONE’ 4, 8, 16 and 24-Zone Leak Detection Manifolds have an integral Control/Display/Relay Interlock Module.
The ULTIMATE range of Leak Detection Manifolds have both POINT and CLOSED LOOP Leak Detection Zones and are available as ‘Stand-Alone’ units only. They are available as 6-Point Zones + 1 Loop Zone, 12-Point Zones + 2 Loop Zones and 20-Point Zones + 2 Loop Zones.
MODULAR OPTIONS. For added flexibility, both Standard and Standalone Manifolds can be used with a Modular Base Unit. The low cost Modular Base Unit is fixed to the mould, and the Modular Manifolds are then attached to the Base Units when the mould is installed into the IMM for production.
