Nozzle bodies for removable tips

Replacement nozzles ( for removable tips) with rear thread machined to suit your machine and 7/8-14 front female thread to accept our standard replacement tips.

Used as a direct replacement for solid one-piece nozzles, just replace the tip when worn or when changing mould. 

  • Front thread is 7/8"-14 for regular replacement nozzle tips.
  • Polished to a mirror finish for improved flow

Nozzles are available in any length and can be supplied with 4 lengths of removable tip for recessed sprue applications.
